Bay Windows for Utter Dummies (Seekyt Week 5)

Bay window... on a bathroom???
Among the many things we never intend to do is put a big-ass window in our bathroom. Oh, sure, if we lived alone in an isolated house that no one could approach because of the 12-foot wall around the property and the killer guard dogs that roam the grounds. Such delicacy, however, is apparently not in the makeup of Seekyt's manojjh (Manoj Jha), apparently an employee of a large India-based window company. No, Manoj finds the idea completely acceptable, and even gives explicit... well, not really... instructions in "How To Install A Bay Window In Your Bathroom?" (the question mark is Manoj's, not ours).

As is so often the case at Seekyt (and elsewhere), Manoj's "instructions" are rather inane. He begins by telling you to
"...make sure that the customized window that you are installing is free of any damage and also that all the flaps are tightly locked and screwed on..."
WTF is this flap? no custom window we've ever seen has flaps... Most of the rest of the instructions are window-installation boilerplate, though rendered in a delightfully (not) odd version of English, e.g.
"...drill the screws into the pilot holes securely. Additionally spray adhesive on the sides and the head of the window’s nailing fin as well as around the stud frame wall around the bay window..."
"Sides and  head of the... nailing fin"? Wha...? But any kidding aside, Manoj's worst sin -- besides the entire concept of a bay window in the bathroom – is in his final step:
"Finally in order to seal all the four corners of the bay window add half an inch of sealant all around."
We're pretty sure he meant "sides" instead of "corners," and we're not really certain what his "sealant" might be: foam insulation, maybe? Nevertheless, that window ain't finished: where's the brick molding, the interior finish molding the rest? Manoj doesn't know and doesn't care -- he managed to fit in links to his employer, and that's all anyone needs to know. That's why he gets the Dumbass of the Day: 'nuff said?
