Plumbing Advice from an ESL Dropout

Gonna need a plumber
Gonna need a plumbing repair agency
It's been a long, long time since we last ventured into the mosquito-laden swamp that is Seekyt.com, almost a year and a half if truth be told. Once of the kids was checking an old reference, however, and ran across a post with the unenviable title "Understanding the Existence of Plumbing Repair Agencies" at the site. Some poking around with the Wayback machine revealed that the original author was one Liz Kemp, even though the post is now attributed to "General Contributor" (someone named Janice, allegedly a founder of the site). We'll be honest: we don't think "Liz" knew what she was writing about. Heck, we don't even think Janice knew what she was saying: Google Translate to English, anyone?

Kemp has been here before, once, and it was a doozy. The new one's a doozy, too, replete with such spinnage as "plumbing repair agencies" substituted for "plumbers" or "proper home hygiene" for "housecleaning." Here's what Liz has to say about needing a plumber:
"Even so, the proper home hygiene will not only cover the ones that you can see right there in your two naked eyes. Those things that you don’t see must also be covered just like your house plumbing system."
We can't be certain, but it appears that Kemp thinks plumbers are there for purposes of "hygiene." Of course, this is a woman (?) who seems to think that plumbers are some sort of secret society:
"Do you know the purpose of the existence of plumbing repair services? Or, do you even know that they exist?"
And even if you did know that they "exist," do you need one? Liz says,
"The problem is, not all plumbing issues can be solved on your own. Some of the problems are complicated enough for you to handle. "
Wait: does Liz even know what "complicated" means? Apparently not. And finally, there's this bit of information:
"The third one is a plumbing issue that has something to do with the drains. The drains may become cloggy [sic] over time, and this is definitely a big problem for you as a homeowner."
If we read our Dumbass of the Day aright, when your drains become cloggy you may need some kind of plumby person to fix it. Feh.
